Overall excellent experience. It’s a 5 hour round trip to get there, and while there are other tuners closer to me, nothing beats the way James does business. It obvious that he has many years and many hundreds if not thousands of tunes under his belt. He’s courteous, quick to answer questions, and willing to help. To me that goes a long way. Highly recommend to anyone look for quick, professional service at what I consider a very reasonable price. The first time was an NA k series and the second experience was a turbo K series. He had everything smoothed out within a few pulls on the dyno and a couple of adjustments under the hood. Thanks!

Even though the Jay series is not one of the most popular tuning platforms. The guys down at EbTec know exactly how the massage the most out of the engine! I was super impressed by the linear power delivery. I would definitely recommend them for anyone using tuner.
