Return Policy

All sales are final. EBTEC Automotive does not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, including incorrect orders, fitment issues, or change of mind. Customers are responsible for confirming proper vehicle fitment before purchase.

Defective Items Only

Returns are only considered for defective products reported within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Proof of defect may be required, and all returns are subject to inspection and testing.

Electronic Parts & ECUs – Final Sale

All electronic components and ECUs are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items are tested prior to shipping to verify functionality and may be re-tested upon inspection. No refund or replacement will be issued if no defect is found.

Shipping Damage

Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
